Noreen Hynes, B.Comm, FCA, AITI, MNEA, Managing Director and Declan Hynes B.Comm, FCA, MNEA, Director are both Chartered Accountants and individually have over 20 years experience at senior management level and several years experience in both commercial and domestic property. Aquarius work with professionals in all the markets they operate in and carry out own due diligence on properties sold directly from developers. They also work with accountants lawyers and tax advisors to deliver a professional all in service to clients. They frequently give seminars to clients on How to Build Your Own Property Portfolio and have been very successful in the Irish Market in this regard. Noreen Hynes lectures on the subject of Overseas Properties to the Property Ladder as well as being a guest speaker to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland on many occasions and other organizations. Declan Hynes -
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant Declan Hynes B.Comm, FCA, MNEA worked with KPMG for a number of years and then joined industry where he worked for a number of years in senior management roles. He headed a buy out team of Avery Label in mid 1990’s and following the sale of the company he joined Aquarius Properties. In 1999 Noreen Hynes B. Comm FCA, AITI, set up Aquarius Properties Abroad (www.aquariusproperties.com) as a premier overseas property marketing company based in Blackrock, County Dublin. The company was established to meet the needs of Irish buyers who need to be supported in Ireland by a dedicated, professional company to help them in making important lifestyle or investment decisions in overseas properties. The period since 1999 has been busy for Aquarius Properties Abroad because of the enormous demand by Irish buyers in the ‘traditional’ sunny locations This development requires a thorough knowledge of each market to ensure buyers can make informed investment decisions.

FCA AITI has served in senior management positions in several high profile manufacturing and services sector companies in Ireland, including Irish Distillers, Coal Distributors and ICL. A former Chair of the Leinster Society of Chartered Accountants, and a former member of the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, Noreen is proprietor and Managing Director of Aquarius Properties Abroad, a company marketing overseas properties for both lifestyle and investment purposes
