A little history :
Mrs. Adam, symbol of the third republic, dear friend of
Clemenceau and Gambetta, had built, at the end of the 19th
century, “Le Chateau de Camiole” situated at the foot of the
village of Callian.

By becoming the owner of an apartment or villa in the
Holiday Residence of Chateau de Camiole****, you will
benefit, with your privilege card, from the many activities on

Set out in different hamlets, in shades of Provence, the 166
apartments, from studios to 4 rooms, were designed to
combine charm and comfort. An outdoor area, in the form
of a garden, terrace or loggia, will allow you to enjoy the
exceptional views and the abundant sunshine of this
region. The decoration and furnishings were chosen by our
renowned interior decorator to re-create, in the minutest of
detail, the gentleness of the Provencal lifestyle.
You will appreciate the extent of the interior equipment;
air-conditioning, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, large
plasma screen TV, satellite reception, high-speed internet
connection…

You entrust to us the management and renting out of your
property by signing a commercial lease for a 11.5 year period
The commercial lease signed with our management company
guarantees that you will receive payment of rentals every three
months with a return of 3 to 5% of your investment, depending
on the formula you choose.
Your Investor status allows you to receive a refund of the VAT
(taken in charge by the developer). You buy your property at a
price excluding VAT, ie nearly 20% reduction on the market
price.
You can use your apartment or villa at any time of the year, just
for a weekend, or for a longer stay – up to a maximum of 5 and
a half months, depending on the formula you choose.

Le Chateau de Camiole, located in Callian, a village

Fayence Country, composed of six villages “perched” on
the surrounding hills,welcomes you to a preserved
environment offering charm and authenticity. Dating
from Roman times, Callian is one of these picturesque
villages of which the history, local festivals and
activities will enchant you.
The proximity of the prestigious Golf de Terre Blanche,
the St. Cassien lake and the national gliding centre will
fulfill every passion - not forgetting the Antiques Fair
in Fayence.
Be sure to take the ‘route des vins de Provence’ which
will cross the, equally beautiful, ‘route des artists’.
