New Features on MyHome.ie

The newly launched version of MyHome.ie takes house hunting to the next level.

The site has been completely revamped to offer users innovative additional features with the objective of improving their online experience.

Some of the new features now offered on MyHome.ie include:

• Residential | Commercial | Overseas:
  The new site clearly splits different property search types in to 3 key areas - residential, commercial and overseas. This offers the user an improved navigation allowing them to search specifically for the type of property they are looking for in a much more rational way.
• Property Videos:
  The new site provides a facility for estate agents to include property videos on their properties. So whether it's a second-hand property, new development, commercial or overseas property, we can provide site users with a real insight into each property on the site. We expect that this is an area of online property sales that has huge scope to advance in the coming months and years.
• Property Search:
  We now offer a multitude of ways of searching for property on the site including a Quick Search, Advanced Search, Search by Map and a brand new "Search by Address" feature. The "Search by Address" or keyword feature allows site users to enter a street address or location in a text box and submit this as their search. They will be returned results of properties that match this keyword search. You can even use this "Search by Address" as an add-on to the regular search filters.
• Search Filters:
  The property search now includes a filtering mechanism allowing users to filter their search even further once it has been submitted.
• Integrated Maps:
  Our mapping functionality has now been integrated directly into each property brochure on the site allowing users to view the property location while remaining within the actual property brochure.
• Estate Agent Profile:
  The site now offers each of our member estate agents a unique profile page of their own where site users can view information about the agent and the negotiators and staff within that office. This profile also provides links to all properties currently being advertised by that particular agent providing an improved online presence.

This is just the start and we hope to roll out further advancements and developments to the site over the coming months.
