Declan Groeger -
Declan Groeger has almost 20 years experience in the auctioneering industry. During that time he gained a wealth of experience in Residential and Commercial property sales and valuations. More recently he received 2 degrees from UCC; B.C.L. (2001), LL.B. (2003). He is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioners & Valuers.
Paul Young -
With over 30 years commercial experience Paul has been working on Marlboro St. for the past 18 years and is vastly experienced in all aspects of property including Agricultural, Commercial, Residential and Valuation/Court work. A keen Hurling and Golf fan, he welcomes your enquiries. He is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers.
Vincent Clinch -
Having migrated to Cork in 1969 Vincent Clinch is still considered by many of the natives to be a Dublin blowin. Married to Marie they have 3 daughters, Linda, Susan and Fiona. Vincent has a wealth of experience in the property market and is a keen sportsman; having completed his first marathon in April 2007, so you can be assured that he has the stamina to provide his clients with the best possible service. He is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers.
