Donal Brady has been a member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers since 1987 and specialises in all areas of Residential Sales (both new and secondhand), Sales and lettings of all types of Commercial properties, Residential and Commercial valuations and Rent Reviews.
Ronan Mulligan -
Ronan Mulligan heads up the valuation division for DNG Brady specializing in residential, commercial, land, mortgage & probate valuations. Ronan is a fully qualified member of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute since 1989 and has a wealth of experience across all property sectors in particular Land & Country property sales.
Anthony Woods -
Anthony Woods heads up the Commercial department of DNG Brady. He specialises in Sales and lettings of all Commercial properties (retail, offices, licensed premises, retail & business parks, industrial and development lands).
Anthony also specialises in the Overseas property market and helps those interested in acquiring their holiday home in the sun or making the right choice as a sound investment.
David Wiggins -
David Wiggins heads up the Residential department and is vastly experienced, very professional and well known in the North East property market. Before joining DNG Brady David had previously worked with both Property Partners Laurence Gunne, Dundalk and Milton Property Consultants, Drogheda where he has gained a broad knowledge in all types of residential, commercial, sites and farmland sales.
