Job Title:
Key Account Manager (x2)

Job Summary:
To grow Property advertising sales revenue from an existing client base as well as identifying and converting new sales opportunities from an agreed prospect base.

Reports To:
Chief Operations Officer

MyHome.ie is looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates with sales and account management experience to join the team. This is the ideal opportunity for enthusiastic professionals with a few years experience to rapidly develop their careers in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
The following is a broad outline of responsibilities. A more detailed schedule of duties will be agreed with the Chief Operations Officer within one month of commencement of employment.

• Manage a network of client estate agents within a defined geographical area.
• Deliver agreed monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Target new property related sales opportunities from an agreed prospect base in accordance with the sales strategy.
• Provide full client services support to your assigned network of agents.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of MyHome.ie at both a strategic and product level.
• Other duties may be assigned from time to time in accordance with the expansion of the business and the development of new products and services.

Skills and Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in sales with a proven track record in exceeding targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and a keen interest and understanding of the web business.
• Previous experience in the property or online industry would be beneficial
• Self motivated team player with a strong ambition to progress.

Salary:

• Basic salary negotiable depending on experience
